			<option value="option-1">A minimum of three (3) meters (10 feet) clearance, measured from the nearest fire pit edge, is maintained from buildings, property lines, or other combustible materials. </option>
			<option>The burn barrel installation has enclosed sides made from bricks, concrete blocks, heavy gauged metal, or other non-combustible materials acceptable to the Fire Chief or Designate</option>
			<option>I agree to keep the fire under control at all times</option>
			<option>I bear responsibility for all property damage which may result from burning done under this permit</option>
			<option>No fires will be set with winds over 30km/hr</option>
